We will be hosting the Brighton and Hove Food and Drink Festival Food Lab 2018 at Murmur on Sunday September 9th.

This year we have got eight fantastic chefs, each being paired with a local producer to create a dish as part of an eight-course tasting menu.

There will be a slight twist this time around, as each of these courses will then be paired with a drink from one of our amazing Sussex producers – if promises to be an indulgent day!

The restaurants/chefs taking part this year will be:

The Chilli Pickle, Etch., Isaac At, The Salt Room, Fourth and Church, Jeremy’s, Boho Gelato, and 64 Degrees/Murmur

And the wonderful producers supporting them with ingredients and drinks will be:

Bedlam Brewery, Wiston Estate, Stopham Vineyards, Bolney Estate, Blackdown Spirits, Bluebell Vineyard, Albourne Estate, Ridgeview Wine Estate, Foxhole Spirits, Redroaster Coffee, Trenchmore Farm, The Cheeseman, Metrodeco Tea, Wobblegate and The Flourpot Bakery

Tickets are limited so be sure to book your spot. The price is £95.00 per person, which includes the awesome Sussex drinks flight and we’ll be kicking off with the first course and a drink on the terrace (weather depending…)

Unfortunately we will not be able to cater for dietary requirements for this event
