After the success of the collaboration earlier this year we’ve decided to team up with our friends at Ridgeview once more!

Michael Bremner will be creating an amazing four-course meal plus canapés to be expertly paired with some fantastic sparkling wines from their range.

We’ve worked with Ridgeview since we opened both 64 Degrees and Murmur and they really are producing some amazing wines.

The lovely Brandon from Ridgeview will be on hand to introduce the wines and field any questions throughout the evening.

Murmur Wine Club

The idea behind this special night is to demonstrate how wines can contrast in style, despite being made from the same grape.

With each course, we’ll serve two different wines from the same grape, and wine expert Joe Wadhams will describe the growing and production techniques used to create the contrasts.

Joe and his colleague, Zara, will be on hand all evening to talk you through all the wines and field any questions.

Michael is currently putting together a delicious menu of steak and seafood to pair with the wines, for what will be a fantastic evening of food, wine, education and a bit of fun!

Please note that due to the nature of the event we will be unable to amend the menu for allergies or dietary requirements.

Plant-Based Night

After the success of this year’s Veganuary event we’ve decide to host an entirely plant-based night!

Michael Bremner will be cooking up an amazing four-course plant-based meal for just £42.50 per person.

Veganism is a rapidly growing diet in the UK and we aim to showcase some interesting and exciting flavour combinations and cooking techniques to make this a night for everyone to enjoy.

Unfortunately we will be unable to accommodate for any allergies or intolerances and the table arrangement will be shared, banquet style.
