A CASUAL, ALL DAY DINING RESTAURANT BY
GREAT BRITISH MENU 2017 WINNER MICHAEL BREMNER.

Murmur Restaurant logo Located in The Arches on Brighton seafront overlooking the West Pier and sister restaurant to the award-winning 64 Degrees, Murmur was opened by Michael to offer a different dining concept, serving healthy and honest food for lunch and dinner in a stunning beachside location. The restaurant is named Murmur from the word murmuration which is the shape that the starlings make when they flock and fly between the two piers here on the coast, with the logo representing the six arches in which the restaurant is located. Murmur has 37 covers inside and a further 40 covers on the terrace overlooking the beach, is children friendly throughout the day and dogs are welcome on the terrace.

Pre-Christmas Dinner with Wine

On Wednesday 18th December Michael Bremner will be teaming up with Hallgarten & Novum Wines’ Joe Wadhams in cooking up an amazing pre-Christmas dinner to go alongside an expertly paired wine flight.

We’re putting together a six-course menu and seven wines! All included in the price of the ticket.
We hosted a similar event last year, which was one of the best we’ve had at Murmur, and this one promises to just as good, if not better!

The menu looks incredible, the wines exciting and delicious, and with Michael and Joe on hand to introduce the evening, it promises to be a lot of fun.

The ever-charismatic Joe has been supplying the wine to Murmur since we opened (and at 64 Degrees), and ensures we have a list filled with an exciting and innovative range.

This night promises not only to tantalise your taste buds, but to be a fun and informative dinner. Joe will be on hand to talk through the wines (less of vinification and terroirs, and more quirky stories about the wine), and Michael will be able to field any questions on the food side of things.

Tickets are only £67.50 per person, which includes canapes and the welcome drink, plus a further five courses and the wine flight. There will also be the option to stock your cupboards, or buy some last-minute presents, with the wine from the flight on the night.

Spaces are limited so be sure not to miss out!
